目前的設計思路往往是帶有半經驗性質,因為有些問題是要經過實踐摸索改進。實際運行時配油盤的運轉還欠可靠,濟南鑄造機械研究所針對CY14-1型軸向柱塞泵的這種配油盤易燒損的故障,在CY14-1B型泵中設計了一種新型配油機構。就是在柱塞腔換向時易燒損的輔助支承處引入壓力油液,進行強制潤滑,這樣缸體的盲孔A當與B孔接通時,立即充滿壓力油液,進行潤滑輔助支承,同時還起一定的靜壓支承作用,減少了燒盤故障。
另外,人們又想到早期的配油機構,這一循環是上升到靜平壓平衡的基礎上,滾動體只承受很小一部分載荷。。
