斜盤式軸向柱塞泵,由于體積小,重量輕,液壓伺服變量機構簡單,慣性小,因此在移動設備與自動控制系統中,作為液壓動力源。斜盤式軸向柱塞泵是現代液壓傳動系統中被廣泛使用的動力元件也是可實現無級變量的兩類泵。在1906年斜盤式軸向泵***次使用于軍艦的炮塔上到現在已有近90年的進程;從H. F. Vickers先生1925年發明葉片泵到現在也已有70余年的歷史。缸體由于需要泵軸的拖動,借助斜盤、滑靴及中心加力裝置的驅動柱塞,來實現吸排油液動作,其受力較復雜。該型液壓泵的主要環節之一,是配油面,從運轉結構的觀點出發,希望各滑動表面之間不發生金屬直接接觸的情況,在其間形成油膜。對于配油面之間,要想實現上述設計要求,缸體在運轉過程應就必須與配油盤表面保持平行才能保持平衡。
